Prime Ribcap Steak Frites at Aquaknox, Venetian Las Vegas


You don't usually seek out meat at a seafood spot, but Holy Cow, these succulent slices of beef in a roasted shallot red wine glaze (with fresh Kennebec fries) put the religion in me--pun intended. Even after a long day of "professional eating," in Sin City, I made this disappear like I was David Copperfield.
