Rumors of the demise of Comme Ca's in-house charcuterie program were greatly exaggerated. Executive Chef Brian Howard's kitchen is still putting out wonderful displays of cured meats, pates and pickles that could elevate a simple cocktail hour into a memorable evening. To leave anything on the plate would be a sin.
