Just The Tip: A Tease of Vegas Uncork’d 2013

I don't really have too much to add here to my blog on this Vegas Uncork'd preview luncheon that's posted on BonAppetit.com. Really, I just thought I would post my own pics from the afternoon, as well as the recipes for the dishes, which the chefs were nice enough to offer to all attendees (all of the Vegas Uncork'd events do the same). I'm not sure I would attempt the Robuchon team's complex dish at home, but I would totally do Mary-Sue Milliken's lamb chops and yucca fries. And the cucumber cocktail, surprisingly simple.

Just to make them readable, I will post the recipes separately below (by the way, the Sticky Toffee calls specifically for medjool dates, not sure why it doesn't mention that)...
