How Lucky Can You Get? Lucky Rice Menu Preview!
You may have read me and other food bloggers posting about the upcoming Lucky Rice Night Market at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas next weekend and thought, "Hm, maybe. But do I really want to spend that much for a whole food festival of Chinese food or whatever?"
I could repeat the obvious reasons, and risk sounding like a shill (It's a creative pan-Asian fest featuring chefs from LA, New York, Toronto; It brings together some of Vegas' best off-Strip and on-Strip talents; It also offers creative cocktails from a fistful of serious mixologists). But let me do one better--the LRNM folks let me have a peek at the planned menus from the chefs, and I can actually show you what they're going to be cooking.
